WHAT IS THAT?

The smart lamp, controllable through a mobile app with the "alarm - sunrise" and ability to set the speed, brightness and scale of the effects.

HOW IS IT MADE?

The lamp works on the ESP8266 base and it uses wireless Wi-Fi connection. The housing is made on a 3D printer while the lamp itself is assembled by hand.

ALARM - SUNRISE

This "alarm - sunrise" function wakes the user up by smoothly increasing the brightness of a warm yellowish colour, that of a sunlight. The effect is comparable with a real sunrise but at any time of day. This function is useful to anyone, who wants to get up early without bothering those sleeping near or in the next room. The duration and intensivity of the effect can be set by the user.

HOW TO CONTROL IT?

The lamp is controllable through a mobile app available for both Android and iOS, has 25 built-in effects with the ability to precisely set their speed, size and brightness. The lamp can be used as a table lamp, nightlight and for creating a pleasant atmosphere. It has a "alarm clock - sunrise" mode that simulates the sunrise in order to make the process of waking up smooth and pleasurable. You can download app here.

Every lamp effect can be controlled by three parametres: speed, brightnessand scale.

Scale is a parametre, which controls some color areas size. You can try it!

WHO ARE WE?

Currently we are creating our school educational company, none of our team members are 18 years old. The production process is already planned out, workability is checked. All that is left to do is to work on a few remaining steps before our product goes on sale. (website, packaging, delivery). Our goal is to compete with corporations, to show that even students can create something technologically advanced, something that is able to compete with mass, factroy-level products.
